To bring back the Second Empire beauty of this incredible building, we need to remove all of the additions that were made over the years to then reveal its facade - which hasn’t been seen since the 1970s!

To make the Lancy Mansion work for the needs of 2026, we are then adding an addition in the back which brings in all of the major modern necessities: Accessible bathrooms, elevator, modern HVAC, fire safety - what we need so the Lancy Mansion can be enjoyed for another 100 years.
